If you receive a custom piece with a production error, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item. Weβll review the issue and, when the error is ours, make it right.
Can I return or exchange a custom piece?
Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, all custom jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will only replace or correct a custom piece if there is a production error made by COCOBALEE.
